Mix the two types of flour and divide into 6 equal portions. |

Take one portion and mix it with 1 cup of water |

Bring the mixture from Step 2 to medium heat until it begins to boil. From there, add in brown sugar and keep stirring until boils and dough becomes dissolve. |

Take the cooked dough while still warm and knead it with the dry dough with a machine or by hand until the mixture mix well together. |

Press the dough into a sheet with a width of 0.5 cm and cut into small squares (1 x 1 cm). From there, roll them into small balls or put them into a machine to make boba balls. |

Take boba balls you have prepared and boil them for 30-45 minutes or until you notice that they are cooked and look clear. (using 5 portions of water to at least 1 portion of boba balls) |

Once to use in drink, rinse the boba balls in a cold water and then fermented with brown sugar or syrup before adding to a cold beverage. |
